What to Expect

We are honored to host you as our guest. We understand that stepping into a new church for the first or second time can be a little unnerving. Be assured that we will do all we can to make you feel at home and at ease. We want your visit to be life-enriching, not an awkward or stressful experience.

  • What is a service like? During our morning worship service, our congregation is led in song in a tradional style worship that teach us about the Christian life. Everything we do is centered on the Bible, rather than on our tradition or opinion. Therefore, every service involves a message by our Pastor,  Lee Jackson. Pastor Jackson's preaching involves teaching that is rooted in the text of the Bible. Messages are intended to encourage Christians in their walk with God, as well as to instruct on how to have eternal life through a personal relationship with Jesus.
  • What about my kids?   We offer nursey for all services and children's church for both services on Sunday morning and Wednesday night.
  • Will I be asked to do anything? Please be at ease! You will not be asked to pray aloud, read, or say anything publicly. Although an offering plate is passed during the service for our church family to participate in giving, we do not want our guests to feel any obligation to give. We do not desire to get anything from you, we desire to be a blessing to you.
  • How can I get connected? You can reach out to us at any time either by email at cbcbonham1@gmail.com or by phone or txt at 903-505-4124.
